RICS Homebuyer Report
A comprehensive and detailed building report which should be obtained by all purchasers of residential dwellings to enable them to make informed buying decisions. Please note this is not a full Building Report (formerly known as a Structural Survey).

RICS Condition Report
As an alternative to the Homebuyer Report the Condition Report is more basic and does not give a market value in respect of the property. It does provide a brief, objective description of the property. There is no advice in the Condition Report. It is an objective assessment of the general condition of the main elements of the property, expressed in terms of condition ratings.

The Valuer spends circa one hour at the subject property to identify any evident faults within the property. The Valuer telephones the Client following inspection and talks through the basis of the Report before sending a hard copy. An invaluable and reasonably informal report and valuation.

Commercial Valuations for Banks and Lending Institutions
Stanton

institutions. All these valuations are carried
out in accordance with RICS Red Book (Edition 7) and great attention is taken
to providing a first class service at a competitive cost. It should be noted that all Valuers within
