Rent Reviews
Our surveyors have a detailed working knowledge of relevant case law and significant market experience to be best placed to offer comprehensive advice to both landlords and tenants on rent review and lease renewal negotiations. Our service includes dealing with notices, liaising with solicitors and, if necessary, implementing dispute resolution procedures.
