Stanton Mortimer is a firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in Northallerton, Swinton near Masham and Newcastle City centre providing Residential Estate Agency, Rural and Commercial services in North Yorkshire and the North East.

The four directors, Michael Stanton, Neil Mortimer, Jamie Cameron and Michael Blake, have an unrivalled knowledge of the area with a wide range of expertise across a broad spectrum of property disciplines and have between them vast experience of the local and regional property market.

Whilst proud of the experience in the firm, with no fewer than five Chartered Surveyors on the staff, the company is also forward thinking, embracing state of the art computer technology and software to support the business activities.

The residential department operates from our prominent High Street office in Northallerton which also houses the North Yorkshire Commercial office together with a survey / valuation department. The Swinton office heads a Rural team that extends to the other offices and manages a number of substantial country estates as well as advising on rural and agricultural matters generally. The Newcastle office lies in Shakespeare Street in the heart of the city and deals with all aspects of commercial property including valuations, sales and lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and management throughout the North of England.
